Ryland Baker

Associate Trainer

Ryland began her journey toward dog training in Reno while studying psychology with a focus in behavior science during undergrad.  She then moved to Boston to get a Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis and to help kids and teens with big feelings to learn better arousal management skills.  When she moved out to Colorado a couple of years ago, she decided it was time to put her love of behavior and her love of animals together!

Now Ryland helps pups practice their arousal management and build relationships based on trust and fun with their people!  She uses force-free methods and games to help turn miscommunications into connections.  She is dedicated to continuing to learn about the Hows and Whys of behavior and behavior change and is working on getting her CPDT-KA.

Ryland currently lives with her partner, a demanding German Shepherd and 3 cats.
